I acquired this document from Frank Johnson. As it is rather wide, I scanned it in three takes. You'll have to print each separately then piece them together. Among other things, we learn that Edward Lloyd Parry actually baptized second wife Ann, and that President Brigham Young performed the marriages of Edward to both wives. Enjoy.
