Two telegraphs from Brigham Young and George A. Smith, both sent in 1875, to Edward Lloyd Parry, J. Scofield, and others. The one on the right is particularly touching. It reads: "To EL Parry and workman on St. George Temple / We thank God our Heavenly Father for the blessings bestowed upon you in completing those walls ready for the roof / We thank you all for your faithful labors in this good work and we bless you in the name of the Lord Jesus"
A nice, high resolution picture of Edward Lloyd Parry (in front of the store) along with many others. It has been speculated that the three men on the left, all with tools, are his sons: Edward Thomas Parry on the far left with his two sons Nathaniel (1902-1991) and Edward (1898-1977), John Lloyd and Bernard. As to the rest, I do not know any of their identities.
